Booking and Payment:

1.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

1.5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellations made by the guest will be subject to our cancellation policy, as outlined on our website and confirmed at the time of booking.
2.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, as stated on our website.
Check-in and Check-out:
3.1. Check-in time is 8 am, and check-out time is 1pm.
3.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Property Rules:
4.1. Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for each property.
4.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday homes.
4.3. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the property during their stay and must leave it in the same condition as they found it.
4.4. Any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.
Liability:
5.1. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by guests during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of nature.
5.2. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law:
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
