Refund Policy
At Stay DXB, we strive to provide excellent service and accommodation to our guests. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or modifications to bookings. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation by Guest:
1.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
1.2. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
1.3. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date, except in cases of force majeure or extenuating circumstances, as determined by Stay DXB
Cancellation by Holiday Homes Company:
2.1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or property issues, we will offer you alternative accommodation of similar or higher standard, subject to availability.
2.2. If we are unable to provide suitable alternative accommodation, or if you do not accept the alternative offered, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.
No-shows:
3.1. Guests who fail to arrive for their booking without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. If you know you will be unable to check in on the scheduled date, please inform us in advance to discuss possible options.
